Robust Aluminum Casing The case of ES-20 is built by pressurized injection forming aluminum to provide high quality robust casing, electrostatic powder spray paint is used to provide hard, scrape resistance, long lasting surface finish.
High noise immunity & EMC design Latest triple stages noise filter and extreme careful PCB layout are used for transducer signals input noise filtering
Totally Sealed Enclosure The enclosure is totally sealed to protect the electronics circuitry against the hazardous environment in shop floor, such as dust, evaporated coolant, fume from EDM machining and etc.
Adaptable to poor electrical source Used ultra Low Temperature Rise transformer and low power consumption approach in the system design for wide voltage supply range ( 160V~260V / 80V ~ 130V) operation, power supply can still be used without few heat generation, have good reliability and long working life.
Advanced Production Technology SMT assembling process is used in manufacturing, all components are soldered by computerized control soldering machines to achieve high quality soldering. greatly reduce the number of component counts, lower the system power consumption and improve reliability.
